Cancellation Policy -- Cancellations and substitutions must
be received by April 8, 2008. No refunds or credits will
be issued for cancellations received after April 8, 2008,
or for registrants who do not attend.
Registration Policy AVF registrations will
be prioritized as follows: Angel Investors, Accredited Investors,
Qualified (Early Stage) Venture Capitalists, Institutional
Investors, Technology Focused Professional Service Firms.
Registrations will be accepted on a space available basis
only, and are not guaranteed. AVF reserves the right to
decline enrollment to any registrant.
Registration Fees -- The registration process
is final when full payment is received for the event fee.
All enrollment fees must be paid in advance of the event.
Please note that submission of a registration via phone,
fax, or online obligates the sender or attendee to the registration
fee. Registration fees include all event materials, access
to presentations, conference-related meals, receptions,
and entertainment. Visa, Master Card, American Express,
DISCOVER or Checks are accepted for payment.
Transfers -- You may transfer your registration
to another member of your company prior to the conference
to avoid these charges. Transfer requests must be received
in writing by April 15, 2008. If you are unable to meet
this deadline, please bring the confirmation letter of the
person you are replacing. Transfers will not be accepted
at the door without receipt of this letter.
